Training is about the time you put in. Sport is a skill which can be learned through sheer repetition. The quality and amount of time put in will be one of the biggest determinants of your success. There is simply no substitute for court time, track time, ice time etc.

3. Technology:
Use the available technology to improve your performance. Yes. Using the right gear can mean the difference between maximum output and minimal gain. Every year the performance bar is being raised by athletes who simply train smarter and equip themselves with the latest technology.
